Kumpul Kumpul Villa Seminyak is a villa complex of 15 villas located in Central Seminyak.
We are looking for an experienced Villa Manager (Operational)
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience as Villa Manager or 5 years in Front Office role
-Managing 12 staffs, ensuring SOP is being followed through meetings, trainings etc.
-Maintains excellent relations with guests. Ensuring the highest standard of service during their stay.
-Represents villa owner dealing with external inquiries/matters.
-Fluent in English (speaking), hospitable and positive personality.
-Monthly Reporting & Ad-hoc duties
