Kumpul Kumpul Villa Seminyak is a villa complex located in central Seminyak. We are looking for an experienced:
Villa Manager (Operational)
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Villa Manager or 5 years in Front Office role
• Managing 12 staffs, ensuring SOP is being followed through meetings, trainings etc.
• Maintains excellent relations with guests. Ensuring the highest standard of service during their stay.
• Represents villa owner dealing with external inquiries/matters.
• Fluent in English (speaking), hospitable and positive personality.
• Monthly Reporting & Ad-hoc duties
• Currently located / based in Bali
