- Executive Chef.
- Sous Chef.
General Employee Specification:
- Great cooking skills for western, Asian Food & Indonesian Food.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of all Food & Beverage standards, hygiene & sanitation standards, and quality of presentation will be essential.
- Ability to maintain standards of purchasing, receiving, food quality, and food storage management.
- Two or more years in similar position in 4 star hotel or resort.
- Able to adapt to local culture.
- Good leadership skills and team spirit.
- Ability to perform critical analysis.
- Posses strong organizational skill and has ability to work under pressure.
- Strong experience in hospitality forecasting, pricing, and inventory control.
- Adaptable experience with hotel property management system.
