1. Executive Chef.
2. Sous Chef.

General Employee Specification:

• Great cooking skills for western, Asian Food & Indonesian Food.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of all Food & Beverage standards, hygiene & sanitation standards, and quality of presentation will be essential.
• Ability to maintain standards of purchasing, receiving, food quality, and food storage management.
• Two or more years in similar position in 4 star hotel or resort.
• Able to adapt to local culture.
• Good leadership skills and team spirit.
• Ability to perform critical analysis.
• Posses strong organizational skill and has ability to work under pressure.
• Strong experience in hospitality forecasting, pricing, and inventory control.
• Adaptable experience with hotel property management system.
