La Familia Group Bali (La Plancha , La Favela, La Sicilia, La Laguna, La Brisa) – We are Bar, Beach Club & Restaurant in Seminyak area looking for:

1. Bar Back.

Responsibilities:

• Emptying trash cans.
• Collecting dirty glasses.
• Wiping down the bar counter.
• Fetching clean towels.
• Stocking ice for all the wells.
• Bringing out clean glassware.
• Cutting fruit and garnishes for drinks.
• Stocking juice, liquor, beer, and wineChanging out kegs.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and able to work a flexible schedule including rotating shifts.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• High School degree or equivalent.

2. Purchasing.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors.
• Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors.
• Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers.
• Coordinate with workers for any request of stock (Tukang).

Requirements:

• Accounting background.
• Have an experience in purchasing will be a plus.
• Be able to operate computer and Microsoft Office.
