Executive Sous Chef
Busy operation with 396 key property with multiple dinning outlets and Banquets up to 1000pax.
Ideal Candidate has to be able to lead a culinary team of over 90 chefs on a daily basis. Knowledge of HACCP systems, menu engineering and Materials Control is a must.
Overseas experience is a plus, due to visa restrictions only Indonesian Candidates will be considered.
