Operational Manager
Qualification:
a. Max age 35 years old.
b. Min Diploma I
c. Min Experiences in same fields 2 years.
d. Have experiences in remote island.
e. Hands on
Job Responsible:
a. Manage and controlling daily operational.
b. Make sure process transfer logistic from store to outlet following procedure.
c. Make sure receiving and distribute items from store following procedure.
d. Make sure procedure Front Office are in place.
e. Controlling boat operational, Monitoring fuel consumption, standard Hygiene and safety.
f. Monitoring daily sales performance.
g. Monitoring guest satisfaction indicator.
h. Prepare staff roaster.
i. Prepare monthly operational report.
j. Monitoring daily cash flow.
k. Monitoring and consolidate daily sales.
