SOUS CHEF
General Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Supervised a team of young motivated kitchen staff.
- Maintain company standard for recipes and presentation.
- Maintain a good clean working environment (hygiene standards, general cleaning program and daily checklists).
- Preparation of PO & Order request, able to manage stock in kitchen.
- Responsible for maintenance of all equipment in kitchen.
- Able to suggest new menu options based on market list and seasonal produce.
- Domiciled in Klungkung – Bali be first considered.
