SOUS CHEF

General Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Supervised a team of young motivated kitchen staff.
• Maintain company standard for recipes and presentation.
• Maintain a good clean working environment (hygiene standards, general cleaning program and daily checklists).
• Preparation of PO & Order request, able to manage stock in kitchen.
• Responsible for maintenance of all equipment in kitchen.
• Able to suggest new menu options based on market list and seasonal produce.
• Domiciled in Klungkung – Bali be first considered.
