– Corp E-Commerce Assistant Manager (Jakarta)
Placement at Jakarta Head Office,
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta Head Office. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a E-Commerce, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies on OTA, and monitoring sales performance. The Corp E-Commerce Assistant Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with MM OTA, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends and competition.
Qualifications
• Leadership and Management skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and setting sales goals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
