Luwansa Hotels Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate IT Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do:
• Maintain, configure and support the hotel PMS across properties; manage upgrades, patches and staging tests.
• Design and maintain integrations between the PMS and POS, channel managers/OTAs, payment gateways, electronic locks and other third party systems.
• Lead multi property rollouts, migrations and cutovers; create cutover/rollback plans and runbooks.
• Ensure PCI DSS and data privacy controls for PMS/payment flows; lead incident response and DR drills.
• Manage onsite IT staff and vendors; define SLAs, run vendor selection/RFPs, and control CAPEX/OPEX.
• Monitor PMS and infrastructure health, run backups/DR procedures, and report operational metrics to leadership.
• Train front desk super users and produce SOPs, troubleshooting guides and operational documentation.

Who you are:
• 5+ years in IT with hospitality/PMS experience (2+ years supporting multi property systems).
• Strong PMS integrations, DB (MS SQL or similar), networking and PCI awareness.
• People leader with servant/transformational style — coach, empower, set clear KPIs and lead calmly during incidents.

Nice to have: vendor/PMS admin training, mobile check in/digital key experience.
