Requirements
- Female or Male
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
- Able to join immediately
