Director of Sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Admin, Sales & Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales at 5-star hotel/resorts, ideally in Bali or Southeast Asia; prior DOS role preferred. Track record in groups, MICE, weddings, and international markets (Australia, Asia, Middle East)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, build motivated teams, and manage high-volume sales environments
- Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, CRM, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Proficiency in sales & revenue tools (CRM, RMS, BI), MS Office, and digital platforms
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Results-driven, strategic thinker, resilient, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, excellent networking and presentation skills
- Possess extensive demographic knowledge of regional, state, and island hotel markets and their competitive landscape
- Willing to be based in Bali
