LYD Bali Group (group of restaurant and beach bar in Seminyak, Bali) currently still hiring several position:

1. Restaurant Manager.

• Local Indonesian.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a restaurant manager, restaurant general manager, hospitality manager or similar, in restaurant and beach club.
• English fluent.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is a plus.

2. Cost Controller.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in cost control (experience in hospitality is an assets).
• Must be self-motivated and possess a high degree of analytical ability and confidentiality, creative thinking skills, and work in a safe, prudent and organized matter.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills.
• Able to generate budgets and reports.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.

3. Air Conditioning Staff.

• Safety-oriented personality, since they may work with dangerous chemicals used in refrigeration.
• Manual dexterity.
• Knowledge about complex air conditioning systems.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
• Able to analyze and diagnose air conditioning problems.
• Ability to understand technical plans.
• Able to work in adverse weather.
• Minimal vocational high school.
• Minimal 2 year experience in similar position.

4. Gardener Supervisor.

• Minimum graduated from high school.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
• English fluent.
• Must be able to work in adverse weather and environmental conditions as well as uneven terrain.
• Ability to organize daily work and instruct team members to complete work assigned.
• Proficient knowledge of irrigation control and distribution systems and advanced knowledge of landscape construction techniques and maintenance.

5. Staff Engineer.

• Safety-oriented personality, since they work with electricity.
• Manual dexterity.
• Knowledge about complex electricity systems.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
• Able to analyze and diagnose electricity problems.
• Ability to understand technical plans.
• Able to work in adverse weather.
• Minimal vocational high school.
• Minimal 2 year experience in similar position.

6. Graphic Designer (Training or Internship).

• Skills in graphic software e.g. Adobe CS5 Suite, Indesign, Photoshop Ilustrator – PC or Mac platform.
• Creative with good attention to detail.

7. Accounting (Training or Internship).

• Accounting background, prefferably student that need to train in a company.
• Willing to learn and good attention to detail.
