M HOTEL SORONG – PAPUA BARAT DAYA is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position :
1. HEAD CHEF
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a hotel or restaurant.
Skilled in menu development, food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop kitchen teams.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards with a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency.
2. SENIOR ROOM BOY
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Room Boy in a hotel.
Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, room cleaning procedures, and hygiene practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to supervise and guide housekeeping team members.
Able to join immediately is preferred.
