Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in 4-star/5-star
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Good English knowledge
- Expert in HR administration & government regulations
- Able to manage employee relations: creativity for associates’ activities
- Familiar with recruitment process
- Strong organizational skills
- Working with 1 direct subordinate
- CSR events interest
- Standards and ISO standards compliance knowledge is a plus
- Able to join at the soonest
