Mamasan Restaurant currently is looking for:

  1. Dim Sum Head Chef.
  2. Senior Bartender.
  3. Waiter/Waitress.
  4. Engineering.
  5. DW Waiter, Waitress, Bartender.
  6. Trainee All Department.

General Requirement:

  • Relevant education background and proven track record of working experience at least 3 years with established restaurants in similar position
  • Independent, energetic with a positive mindset
  • Sound product knowledge of various dim sum menu with culinary techniques and modern trends (1)
  • Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices (1)
  • Good communication skill in English (1,  3,  4)
  • Good communication Skill and customer service oriented (2)
  • Able to work under pressure
