General Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a target-oriented team.
• Excellent work ethic with high motivation and integrity.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic hospitality operations.
• Proficiency in VHP System or similar hotel management systems.
• Knowledge in digital marketing, advertising, and website management (for relevant positions).
• Strong understanding of online sales & revenue management (for commercial roles).
• Creative and technical capability in graphic design & e-commerce platforms (for specific roles).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills (for sales positions).
• Willing to be placed in Anyer-Banten, Jakarta, or Tangerang (depending on position).
• Able to join immediately will be an advantage.
