Director of Sales & Marketing, requirements :
- Minimum 3 years experience in 5 star chain hotels as DOSM.
- Familiar with Marketing Strategy & Plan and Yield Management, budget, target.
- Ability & willingness to travel within the country or abroad to attend trade shows or travel fairs.
- Able develop new potential business sources for specific markets.
- Excellent communication & tactical skill.
- Wide network within the hospitality industry.
- Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong leadership, team player, result oriented.
