General Manager
Based: Samosir
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in resort management, including 3 years in a General Manager leadership role
- Strong track record in leading hotel operations and achieving business results
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Financially savvy with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Proficient in hospitality systems (PMS, POS) and Microsoft Office; multilingual skills are a plus
