Director of Sales Marketing

Job Description :

• The Director of Sales & Marketing is the head of the sales department. He/she will be in charge of training and supervising the hotel´s sales & marketing team.
• The DOSM will work closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the hotel revenues. He/she will also be responsible for maximizing the revenue and occupancy of the MICE and Banquet markets. The DOSM creates lucrative sales targets and networks business relations to corporate clienteles such as the government, travel agents and etc.
• He/she has to observe the market, identify trends and monitor the main competitors. Based on his/her finding he/she will have to create sales strategies in conjunction with the tide of events. All in the control of expenses and the possibility of costs cutting where necessary.

Job requirements :

• Minimum proven 5 years sales experience in the hotel industry and strong network is a must.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong computer, Microsoft office and social media skills.
• Required language : English.
