MAZARI VILLAS – PRE-OPENING VACANCY
MAZARI VILLAS, a new luxury villas at Pecatu – Bali will be opening soon and inviting passionate, dynamic, mature, and professional people to be part of our Pre-opening Team to fill the following positions:
1. Head of Room & Maintenance
2. General Accounting & Procurement
3. Reservation & Ecommerce
4. Human Resources & General Admin
5. Butler
6. Cook
7. Housekeeping
8. Pool Attendant
9. Engineering/Maintenance
10. Security
Requirements:
• Having minimum 2 years experiences in the same role in luxury property.
• Hospitality degree / school ( 1, 3, 4, 5, 6,7 ).
• Accounting / Finance degree (2).
• Preferably pre-opening experience.
• Excellent organizational and people management skills and has depth knowledge of rooms management and maintenance policies, procedures and best practices (1).
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and regulation with experience in handling purchasing /procurement (2).
• Proficient system use: OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine ( 3 ).
• Knowledge of HR functions; pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc (4)
• Familiar in operate Hotel/Property Management System (1, 2, 3, 5 ).
• Guest service oriented.
• Good team player and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English.
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative and open minded.
• Certified Gada Pratama (10).
