MAZARI VILLAS, a new luxury villas at Pecatu – Bali will be opening soon and inviting passionate, dynamic, mature, and professional people to be part of the team to fill the following positions:
1. Head of Room & Maintenance
Job Summary:
Responsible for the smooth operation of Housekeeping, Pool Attendant, Public Area and Maintenance and in order to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and to maintain expenses are in line with departmental budget.
Requirements:
· Minimum diploma in hospitality room division management.
· Prior management or senior supervisory experience in luxury property – rooms division (head of housekeeping or head of rooms).
· Preferably pre-opening experience.
· Excellent understanding of housekeeping and maintenance management.
· Depth knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance policies, procedures and best practices.
· Excellent organizational and people management skills.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2. General Accounting & Procurement
Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of company’s financial transactions, purchasing and procurement, stock management, managing cost efficiencies, procedures, maintains a healthy financial profile ensuring compliance with regulation.
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor / Diploma of Accounting.
· Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
· Able to operate hotel management system & cost control.
· Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
· Experience in handling purchasing /procurement.
· Experience using financial software.
· Advanced MS Excel skills.
· Knowledge of financial regulations.
· Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
· Sharp time management skills.
· Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
