5. Housekeeping
6. Pool Attendant
7. Engineering/Maintenance

9. Gardener & Public Area
Requirements:
• Having a minimum 2 years experiences in the same role in luxury property.
• Hospitality degree / school (1, 3, 4, 5, 6,7).
• Accounting / Finance degree (1).
• Preferably pre-opening experience.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and regulation with experience in handling purchasing /procurement (1).
• Proficient system use: OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine (2).
• Familiar in operating Hotel/Property Management System (1, 2, 3 ).
• Guest service oriented.
• Good team player and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative and open minded.
• Certified Gada Pratama (8).
