MEGALAND HOTEL is a four star business hotel, centrally located in the heart of Solo city, with 101 rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, and ballroom, is seeking candidates want to join our dynamic team as:

1. Sales & Marketing Manager (Code: SMM)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background.
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from 4-Star Hotel.
• Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segment.
• Familiar with function room regulation and room revenue.
• Understanding of Budget Planning and Rooms Forecasting an advantage.
• Must have a track record of achieving sales target in current.
• Highly motivated, full initiative, excellent interpersonal skill, strongly on leadership and team work, strong managerial skill.
• Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, energetic, & persistent.
• Fluency in English both oral and written.

2. Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (Code: ASMM)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background.
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel.
• Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segment.
• Familiar with function room regulation and room revenue.
• Understanding of Budget Planning and Rooms Forecasting an advantage.
• Must have a track record of achieving sales target in current.
• Highly motivated, full initiative, strongly on leadership and team work.
• Fluency in English both oral and written.

3. Senior Sales Executive (Code: SSE)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background.
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel.
• Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segment.
• Familiar with function room regulation is a must.
• Understanding of Basic Finance and Rooms Forecasting an advantage.
• Must have a track record of achieving sales target in current and previous organizations.
• Highly motivated, full initiative & team work oriented.
• Fluency in English both oral and written.

4. Sales Executive (Code: SE)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background.
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel.
• Have acknowledge about banquet product and system.
• Familiar with function room regulation is a must.
• Understanding of Basic Finance and Rooms Forecasting an advantage.
• Must have achieved a track record of achieving sales target in current and previous organizations.
• Highly motivated, full initiative & team work oriented.

5. E – Commerce.

General Requirements:

• Female.
• Minimum D3 graduate in relevant studies.
• At least min 2 years in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in hospitality industry is preferred.
• Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Honest, sincere, dedicated.
• Fluency in English both oral and written.
