Duty Manager
Your Experience and Skills Include:
- Creative thinker, passionate and guest service oriented
- Highly motivated, self-driven, ability to work under pressure and an excellent team players
- Graduated from a reputable academy or university or a specialized hospitality school
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in similar positions in International hotel organizations
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for assisting Front Office Manager in the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel whilst on duty.
- Their guest service standards must be as the benchmark that set the levels to be attained by all hotel staff
- As a representative of Management, Duty Manager will be called upon to deal with guest problems and/or complaints
