1. Gym Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service in the Fitness Center.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the gym area.
- Assist guests with gym equipment and basic workout guidance.
- Ensure hygiene standards and regular equipment checks.
- Requirements:
- Friendly and service-oriented personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and energetic.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
2. Front Desk Agent – Daily Worker (FDA DW)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities.
- Process reservations and payments accurately.
- Ensure excellent guest experience at the Front Desk.
Requirements:
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Service-minded, positive attitude, and well-groomed.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage.
