Requirement:
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar
• Min. 2 years experience in similar position
• Fluent in English & Indonesian
• Hard worker, fast respond attitude, highly motivated and customer oriented
• Confident and have communication skills
• Having positive attitude towards work
• Well groomed, friendly and warm personality
• Able to work multitask and work under pressure in various situations

Responsibilities:
• Welcomes guests with care and attention from their arrival through to departure
• Contributes to guest’ permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
• Anticipates guest needs and takes them into consideration
• Able to handle guest complaints and problems
• Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
• Maintain a very good reputation and assist to

• Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date as possible, and are delivered to the guest in the most meaningful way
