Qualification:

• Indonesian Nationality
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Graduated diploma or bachelor degree in relevant study
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star hotel environment
• Strong knowledge across multiple disciplines relevant to hotel operations
• Enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detail
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
