Executive Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the transmission of the department’s information for General Manager.
- Type and present notes and documents, generally confidential.
- Arrange and coordinate meeting, presentation, and travel arrangement.
- Handle, use, follow-up some of the department’s information (everyday correspondence, specific topics).
- Open the incoming post and organize agendas.
- Answer and filter telephone calls, establish direct contact with General Manager and the outside world.
- Manage and train a team of employees or be in charge of following-up the department’s budget.
- Collect, review, and prepare expenses report and reimbursement for General Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Female, age maximum 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English as well as Indonesian.
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
- Good looking, positive attitude, energetic, responsible, and fast learner.
- Having attractive personality, multitasking, and analytical thinking.
- Possesses high integrity, self-motivated, capable of discretion.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, under pressure and flexible timing.
