CORPORATE ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Hospitality Management.
• Has 2 yrs experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 5/4 star hotel.
• Full understanding of HR policy, process and thorough understanding of Indonesian labor law.
• Experienced in handling training & General Affair.
• Display a positive, professional attitude and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature in decision-making and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
