CORPORATE ASSISTANT HR MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Hospitality Management.
- Has 2 yrs experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 5/4 star hotel.
- Full understanding of HR policy, process and thorough understanding of Indonesian labor law.
- Experienced in handling training & General Affair.
- Display a positive, professional attitude and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Mature in decision-making and organizational skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
