Qualification:
- Male / Female with maximum age of 45 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) of Law / Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years hospitality experience in the same position.
- Attractive appearance, creative & self motivated.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong in leadership and good communication skill.
- Able to translate company’s strategy in company policy.
- Good Business knowledge.
- Able to influence and understanding people.
- Able to operate psychological test tools.
- Acknowledge UU Ketenagakerjaan and Salary System.
- Procedure and recruitment process knowledge.
