Nihiwatu Resort Sumba Island are looking to fill the following positions:

1. ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER.

• Minimum of 5 years experiences in a similar role with preferable previous experiences in five star Resorts.
• Good command of English plus excellent presentation & communication skills.
• Hands-on professional with a solid Room Division / Front Office background, and the passion for quality and excellence.
• Experience working in a remote areas.
• Must have a college / university graduate degree.

2. RESERVATIONS MANAGER.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years previous luxury / upscale hotel experience in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
• Computer literate and knowledge in VHP are an advantage.
• Hands-on professional and passion for quality and excellence.
• Experience working in a remote area.

3. TRAINING MANAGER.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Training Manager in an upscale hotel, resort.
• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique.
• Experience in training and working with a diverse workforce is imperative.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills.
• Excellent grooming standards and excellent planning and organizing skills.

4. SOUS CHEF.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Training Manager in an upscale hotel, resort.
• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique.
