Nihiwatu Resort Sumba Island are looking to fill the following positions:
1. ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER.
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in a similar role with preferable previous experiences in five star Resorts.
- Good command of English plus excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Hands-on professional with a solid Room Division / Front Office background, and the passion for quality and excellence.
- Experience working in a remote areas.
- Must have a college / university graduate degree.
2. RESERVATIONS MANAGER.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years previous luxury / upscale hotel experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
- Computer literate and knowledge in VHP are an advantage.
- Hands-on professional and passion for quality and excellence.
- Experience working in a remote area.
3. TRAINING MANAGER.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Training Manager in an upscale hotel, resort.
- Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique.
- Experience in training and working with a diverse workforce is imperative.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills.
- Excellent grooming standards and excellent planning and organizing skills.
4. SOUS CHEF.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Training Manager in an upscale hotel, resort.
