Nimo Resort Ciater – We are hiring:

1. Executive Assistant Manager (EAM)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related fields. Additional hotel management/leadership certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years in hospitality with 1–2 years managerial experience, preferably as Department Head (FO, Rooms, F&B, or Operations).
  • Strong leadership, operational knowledge (FO, HK, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing), and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control).
  • Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written), familiar with PMS, POS, Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, disciplined, empathetic, high integrity, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work flexible hours (weekends/holidays).
  • Willing to be assigned at hotel/resort locations as required by management.

2. HR Admin

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable from Psychology/Management/Law, or any relevant major
  • Must have experience and knowledge about HR field and hospitality (hotel/resort)
  • Accustomed to handling HR administration.
  • Strong in end-to-end recruitment process: Man Power Planning, Sourcing, Screening, Onboarding.
  • Familiar with hiring hospitality talent needs all role (manager/staff/daily worker)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, energetic, have good analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented.
  • Domicile at Subang/Ciater area is a plus
