Novotel Jakarta Cikini is seeking a dedicated and motivated Banquet Supervisor to strengthen our Events & Banqueting team.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate banquet operations for meetings, events, and social functions
• Ensure smooth execution of event setups, service, and guest experience
• Lead, train, and support banquet staff in delivering excellent service standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event flow
• Monitor compliance with Accor standards, including preparation and readiness for Accor EvalPack Audit
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or events operations (supervisory level preferred)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Hands-on, guest-oriented, and solution-driven approach
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic event environment
• Familiarity with Accor standards and banquet procedures is a must
