Qualification:
-Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 2–5 years, depending on the position).
-Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
-Target driven with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
-Experienced Wedding Sales Professional across several 4- and 5-star hotels
-Hands on operational capabilities combined with strategic thinking.
-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
-Referable to speak more than one language.
-Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
-Able to perform under pressure in a fast paced, service focused environment.
