Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa Bali is looking for:

1. Senior Sous Chef.

  • Indonesian National.
  • Male, Age: 30 – 40 years old.
  • Outgoing personality, mature and a team player.
  • Diploma in Food Production Management or other related culinary certificate.
  • Health and Hygiene Certification (Food Safety Management of HACCP).
  • Good English, written and verbal communications.
  • Basic financial management knowledge.
  • Six or more years of culinary management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a five star international hotel with multiple outlets and banquets.
  • International (overseas) work experience (preferable but not essential).
  • Familiar with large scale up market buffet set-ups and A la Carte operations.

2. Credit Manager.

  • General computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Opera.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance or related field.
  • A minimum 3 years experience in Credit and Collections.
  • Proficient in interpreting financial statements for the purpose of underwriting credit.
  • Good English, written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
