Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa Bali is looking for:
1. Senior Sous Chef.
- Indonesian National.
- Male, Age: 30 – 40 years old.
- Outgoing personality, mature and a team player.
- Diploma in Food Production Management or other related culinary certificate.
- Health and Hygiene Certification (Food Safety Management of HACCP).
- Good English, written and verbal communications.
- Basic financial management knowledge.
- Six or more years of culinary management experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a five star international hotel with multiple outlets and banquets.
- International (overseas) work experience (preferable but not essential).
- Familiar with large scale up market buffet set-ups and A la Carte operations.
2. Credit Manager.
- General computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Opera.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance or related field.
- A minimum 3 years experience in Credit and Collections.
- Proficient in interpreting financial statements for the purpose of underwriting credit.
- Good English, written and verbal communications.
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
