Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa Bali is currently looking for:
1. EXECUTIVE CHEF.
- Indonesian National.
- Male, Age: 35 — 45.
- Outgoing personality, mature and a team player.
- Minimum 3 year diploma in Food Production Management or other related culinary degree.
- Health and Hygiene Certification (Food Safety Management of HACCP).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Written and spoken English (moderate).
- Basic financial management knowledge.
- Minimum of 6 training modules attended in the last 5 years.
- Eight or more years of culinary management experience.
- Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a five star international hotel with multiple outlets and banquets.
- International (overseas) work experience essential.
- Familiar with large scale up market buffet set-ups and A la Carte.
2. ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER.
- 3 years experiences in a similar position (4-5 star establishment).
- Energetic, Passionate with outgoing personality.
- Good leadership qualities, Team player, Self-motivated with an Eye for details.
- Organized & systematic with positive attitude & ethics.
- Positive work attitude with good management skills.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- Good understanding of Food & Beverage operations and Marketing.
- Able to manage 5 restaurants, 2 Bars, Events, Room Service and Banquets.
3. HYGIENE MANAGER.
- Familiar with Food Hygiene and Food safety, HACCP trained.
- Thorough knowledge of Hygiene and Sanitation related standards and practices.
- At least a 3 years’ experience as hotel hygienist.
- Good practical understanding of FSMS policies and procedures.
- Eye for details, organized & systematic, and can work independently.
- Fair with integrity, good management skills, good leadership qualities.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- Computer literate.
4. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER.
- Preferably male with strong administration skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and other programs.
- Reliable & trustworthy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (other departments).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility, willing to learn and adaptables.
- Good team player.
- Accurate, with attention to details.
