We are excited to expand our team and are looking for passionate individuals to fill the position as:
Guest Service Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Guest Service Agent or 1 year of Guest Service Supervisor in a hotel/resort/villa
- Live around Ubud – Gianyar area
- Strong customer service and communication skill
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Well versed in working with Property Management System
- Highly organized and well work with a team
- Diploma in Hospitality or Bachelor Degree is a plus
