Sales Manager

The Candidate should be open minded, flexible and hands on with required minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in related position
• Diploma in related field is an advantage
• Friendly, enthusiastic and customer oriented
• Good performance and dynamic individuals with good communications
• Good knowledge for keeping a perfect coordination between all departments and controlling Hotel operation with regards to the company’s standards, revenues and controlling costs and the highest comfort and satisfaction for guests
• Have strong character to communicate and negotiate
• Computer literate & good command of English, both spoken and written
• Having good leadership managerial skills, honest, assertive, loyal dedicated, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Have ability to operate Hotel Operation System Power Pro
• Maintain close contacts & relations within the community and in neighbouring marketing areas, with airlines, travel agencies, commercial houses, private club, professional associates, etc to procure new business for the hotel
• Review internal promotion pieces on a regular basis to insure that all hotel sign, posters, tent cards, etc are adequate, up-to-date, visually effective and consistent with high standards set by management.
