The general qualification of the candidates are as follows :
1. Female
2. Diploma or Bachelor degree in tourism or hospitality management
3. Good team work, result oriented and good communication skill
4. Hard worker and able to work under pressure
5. Good attitude and grooming
6. Minimal 1 year of relevant experience in similiar position
7. Had experience in front desk agent are welcome
8. Familiar to hospitality industry
