CORPORATE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks for the company
- Performing general secretarial duties
- Responsible for taking notes during business meetings and admin support services to senior management executives
- The basic office responsibilities
Working Relation
- Reports to EXCOM PARADOR
- Coordinating and consolidation with all employees, all GM, all EXCOM in hotel units
- Coordinating and work along with Holding Company and hotel units also External Company
Qualifications
- Must have education in basic Secretarial or Hotel Management, preferably with certificate
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and employees, outside clients and vendors
- Requires strong computer and Internet research skills including in-depth knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Sensitivity to confidential matters required
- Attention to detail
- Organization and time management skills
- Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
