Chef De Cuisine
- 4 years experienced in 4 and/or 5* hotel as an Executive Sous Chef with holding valid certification of competencies.
- Understand and applied modern culinary during work.
- Be able to hold at least 2 (two) restaurants (Asian & Western).
- Expert in Food Costing.
- Leadership skill is a must.
- Speak English fluently.
- Knowing HACCP well.
- Salary competitive and negotiable.
