Requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in the same field;
2. Possess a pleasant personality and excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
3. Proficiency in working with computers (Microsoft Office & CRM App)
4. Professional certificatio n is an added value
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Managing guest reservation online & offline;
2. Conducting upselling and promotions;
3. Compiling reports on reservation activities, guest profiles and reservation statistics
