Now PIA Hotel Bandung is looking for passionate candidates to fill the position as below:
1. Sales & Marketing Staff
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3)
- At least 1-2 years working experiences in sales and marketing (preferably have experience in hospitality)
- Have knowledge in digital marketing
- Able to develop marketing strategy and plan
- Creative, communicative, target-oriented, and aggressive
Job Description:
- Designing marketing strategies and plans to meet company targets
- Develop ideas to increase company revenue
- Promotion of services and events carried out by the hotel
- Manage and update the company’s website or social media with events or hotel services
- Looking for potential clients or vendors
- Monitoring and review sales reports to create improvement performance plans
2. Engineering Staff
Requirement:
- Perform hotel building maintenance and repairs if there is damage
- Carry out operational, maintenance and repair work on mechanical and electrical operational equipment (generators, elevators, water pumps or other equipment)
- Examine existing machines and equipment regularly or periodically
Job Description:
- Minimum 1 year experience in engineering field
- Minimum education SMK or equivalent
- Mastering mechanical or electrical techniques
- Able to perform machine maintenance and repair
3. F&B Crew
Requirement:
- Prepare operational equipment for F&B Services according to customer needs
- Serving food according to company recipes and SOPs
- Maintain inventory items
- Maintaining sanitary standards for equipment as well as the shop area
- Provide reports on the needs of raw materials as well as equipment
Job Description:
- Minimum education is SMA/SMK
- Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Hospitality field
- Neat, clean and attractive appearance
- Have good communication
- Can work as a team or individually
4. E-Commerce Administrator
Requirement:
- Have 1-2 years experiences at the same position in hotel environment
- Speaking & writing English is preferred
- Team player and good in communication skill
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
Job Description:
- Upload hotel information/rate/allotment/promotion
- Generate materialized reservation, pick-up, production, etc
- Communicate with hotels reservation
- Ensure reply all email from Client requirement/hotel queries within 24 hours and offer solution within 8 hours
- Generate reservation report : Weekly report, monthly report, materialize report (RN, Revenue, ARR)
