1. Manager Operational
Placement: Pangkal Pinang
Requirement:
Experienced as General Manager or Hotel Manager or at least having a background as Sales & Marketing in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge in hospitality products and rates.
Familiar with reports, targets, and market segments.
Able to develop new potential business sources.
Target oriented, having good communication and negotiation skills.
2. Tax & Accounting Manager
Placement: Corporate (HO: Bandung)
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tax or Accounting
Minimum experiences 5 years in Tax & Accounting
Brevet A or B (point plus for Brevet C)
Familiar with computer and accounting software
3. Recruiter
Placement: Corporate (HO : Bandung)
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is preferred
Have a good knowledge in observation and interview
Excellent skill in Google Workspace (Google docs, google spreadsheet, etc)
4. Sales & Marketing Staff
Placement: Pangkal Pinang/Cirebon/Pandan
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3)
At least `1-2 years working experiences in sales and marketing (preferably have experience in hospitality and government segment)
Able to develop marketing strategy and plan
Creative and target-oriented
