PIA Hotel Group was founded in 1992, 350+ rooms, 150+ teams, 6 hotels across two provinces (Java and Sumatra), and still expanding.

1. Manager Operational
Placement: Pangkal Pinang
Requirement:
-Experienced as General Manager or Hotel Manager or at least having a background as Sales & Marketing in the hospitality industry.
-Strong knowledge in hospitality products and rates.
-Familiar with reports, targets, and market segments.
-Able to develop new potential business sources.
-Target oriented, having good communication and negotiation skills.
2. Sales & Marketing Staff (Government Segment)
Placement: Pangkal Pinang/Cirebon/Medan
Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3)
-At least `1-2 years working experiences in sales and marketing (preferably have experience in hospitality and government segment)
-Able to develop marketing strategy and plan
-Creative and target-oriented
3. Tax & Accounting Staff
Placement: Bandung/Pangkal Pinang
Requirement:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tax or Accounting
-Minimum experiences 1-2 years as Tax & Accounting Staff
-Brevet A or B (point plus for Brevet C)
-Familiar with computer and accounting software
4. General Cashier
Placement: Pangkal Pinang
Requirement:
-D3-S1 bachelor degree in economic or accounting is preferred
-Minimum experience 1 year in Finance
-Detail oriented and well-organized
5. Receptionist
Placement: Bandung/Medan
Requirement:
-Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Hospitality field
-Neat, clean, and attractive appearance
-Have good communication
-Customer-oriented
6. IT Support
Placement: Bandung
Requirement:
-D3-S1 bachelor degree in Informatic Engineering (Final year students are welcome to apply)
-Able to manage google workspace properly
-Have the ability to process data formulas in excel and spreadsheet
-Have skills in the field of programming (Html, css, javaScript)
-Have understanding in the field of framework
7. CDP
Placement: Bandung
Requirement:
-High school diploma or equivalent from a culinary school.
-Past experience working in a similar role is preferred.
-Excellent listening and communication skills.
-Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
-Passion for delivering great food and service.
-Multitasking and organizational ability.
