• Minimum 3 years experience at same position
• Familiar with VHP System
• Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
• Exceptional computer skill including Microsoft Office and database
• Consistent accurate, and through with an eye for details for numbers
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette
• Outstanding communication skill, verbal and written
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skill
• Able to thrive in a deadline — driven environment
• Able to motivate the team and lead by example
