Chef de Cuisine – Indonesian Specialist

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experiences in charge of Indonesian Kitchen in a 4/5 star hotel or reputable Indonesian restaurant.
• Other Professional qualification such as; Hotel School Diploma is advantage.
• Highly organized with strong planning skills.
• Creative and able to work in fast-paced, high pressure situations.
• Ready working for long hours.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong leadership.
• Knowledge of all Food & Beverage standards, quality presentation, service and products and health and sanitation standards.
