Sales Manager
1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management,Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years related work experiences
3. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
4. Experience managing and directing a sales team.
5. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
6. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
7. Experience as Sales Marketing Manager within similar quality hotel
8. Able to work as a team and flexible working hours
9. Able to independently find new leads, process data, and do other administrative work to support their sales.
10. Fair understanding about digital marketing.
