Hermina Grand Ballroom is newly open luxurious ballroom in Hermina Tower, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. Hermina Grand Ballroom ready to transform your event into successful and memorable events. Our Ballroom are divided with 3 rooms which boast all the necessities of modern ballroom and very suitable for: MICE events (Corporate, Government, Private), Social Event, Graduation, Wedding Hall, etc).
Now, we are looking for passionate candidates to fill the Sales Executive position with:
Qualification:
1. Two (2) years of marketing and sales (Hotel or Wedding experience is more likeable).
2. Good looking
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple project with changing demands
5. Positive attitude and flexibility is a must
6. Understanding of marketing strategic and customer behaviors
7.Diploma or Bachelor’s of marketing and business degree or equivalent job experience
8. Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales targets
Job Description:
1. To support the growth of business for the Ballroom’s conference and banqueting service
2. Promote and sell PT Cahaya Ballroom Kemayoran extensive venue hire portfolio
3. Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
4. Generating sales leads
5. Achieving sales targets
6. Supporting delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
7. Ensuring delivery of excellence in customer service
8. Deal with costumer/ potential customer enquires
9. Keeping accurate records
10. Budgeting and costing of events for clients
11. Ensuring cost associated with delivery are controlled in line with budgets
12. KPI implementation and monitoring
13. Supporting the department in ensuring health & safety regulation are met
14. Service of internal requirements
15. General office administrations to support business growth and accurate record keeping
16. Covering in absence to support the wider conference and banqueting function
17. Coordinator of staff to deliver events
18. Negotiation and relationship development with external suppliers
19. Cross working with Social Media Specialist and Graphic Design
