Requirement
- Maximum of age 33 years
- D3/S1 in Hotel Management or Eco Tourism
- 2 year working experience in Hotel/Travel/hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills, have a leadership skills
- Having experiences as Guest Service
- Accustomed using computer and Microsoft Office
- Energetic, Firm, Able to work multi-tasks and under pressure
- Willing to stay on the island for minimum 1 week, including on public holidays
Responsibility
- Coordinating with teams to make sure that all operations run smoothly
- Handling guests’ boat tickets and their departures
- Hosting guests and making sure they have a nice and inspiring experience
- Coordinating with teams to arrange activities for guests
- Handling simple book keeping
- Communicating with guests in English and in Bahasa Indonesia
